1. Because it's kinda difficult and and it's a rare job.
2. If you want to make money, it is not enough just to ask, "What people need?" you need to workout how to make a lot of those things cheaply so that they are accessible to the greatest number of people.
3. I want to have my own business and to be a nurse.
